The Spirit Empress is a Ruler that is unlocked by an in-app purchase.
The Royale King is a Ruler that is already unlocked for the player.

Spirit Empress

Ability: Fusion ForesightEvery merge grants the player +1 Golden Elixir.
Quest: Merge 3/25/60 troops in one game

Royale King

Ability: Royal CommissionEvery turn the player loses, they get +4-8 Golden Elixir every round. The amount given is chosen at random.
Quest: Lose 1/2/4 Rounds in one game

Elixir Loong

Ability: Endless SpringThe player gets 5 Golden Elixir per turn instead of 4, and can place 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 troops instead of 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Goblin Queen

Ability: Greener GrinEvery troop the player defeats grants them a 33% chance of obtaining a Goblin.

Battle Machine

Ability: Building MasterThe player gets a 1-Star building in turn 1, a 2-Star building in turn 3, a 3-Star building in turn 5, and a 4-Star building in turn 8. The player gets -1 team size from turn 5 onwards.

Echo Sage

Ability: Striking cloneThe player gets an Echo at the start of a game, which charges up to defeat an enemy and levels up gradually.
Quest: Knock out 2/4/8 troops in one game

Dagger Duchess

Ability: Dagger DonationThe player gets a dagger equipment that increases a troop's attack speed for a few hits.
Quest: Win 1/2/4 rounds in less than 8s

Grand Warden

Ability: Shield SponsorAt 5 and 15 seconds into the round, a random troop on the field gains a shield."
Quest: Shield affect 2/8/16 troops in one game

Ronin

Ability: Double EdgeWhen an enemy steps on the crossover tile, Ronin casts his ability, dealing AOE damage to all troops in the way based on charge time.

Tomb Queen

Ability: Regal RevivalCombat Start: Spawns a Tombstone and once it's destroyed, she rises from the building to join the fight.
Quest: Summon 3/15/50 troops in one game

Equipment

Equipment comes from the Quest Orbs of your Ruler and is placed on a Troop by hand during the deploy phase.

DaggerThe dagger boost hit speed by 80%, damage by 20% and range by 1 tile. 8 charges.
Maiden's ShieldAlso grants Control Immunity like stun, knock back, etc.
Prince's LanceEquipped troop knocks enemy back 2 tiles until Lance breaks (3 hits)
