How this tier list is built
Where the data comes from
This healer Mythic+ tier list is built from real keystone run logs across the current dungeon pool, enriched with character data. For each healing specialization we read the healing done inside the dungeons, the average item level, and how often the spec appears in Mythic+ logs, which is its pick rate. Extreme outlier parses are capped so a few unusual runs cannot skew the averages.
How tiers are assigned
Healers are ranked by two factors measured on Mythic+ runs. Performance compares a spec average healing against the highest healing spec among Mythic+ healers. Popularity compares its Mythic+ pick rate against an even share across all healing specs. A spec needs both strong healing and meaningful representation to reach S or A, while weaker throughput or low usage drops it through B and C down to D.
This healer Mythic+ order is a snapshot of the current tier and shifts with patches, class tuning, affixes, and sample size. Healing throughput does not capture damage, crowd control, or utility, so treat it as overall guidance rather than the only measure of a healer.
