Max Streak:

S Tier
Dual Toxocyst
Built-in Viral and chaining projectiles make it a great choice for consistently high KPM
Latron
The best primary Incarnon for raw power; works as a crit-machine or energy-independent armor stripper
Torid
A top-tier Incarnon weapon with great single-target damage and chaining effects, though beam weapon skeptics may not rate it as SS tier
Burston
High Heat damage and strong critical stats make it a solid Incarnon pick
Boltor
High Slash weight, great crit chance, and solid status—what the Soma Incarnon should have been
Laetum
The original meta-defining Incarnon secondary
Lex
Insane single-shot burst damage, comparable to pre-nerf Catchmoon. Hemorrhage makes it great for Slash DoT scaling
Miter
A strong Latron rival but held back by inconsistent projectile homing. Shines with Zephyr’s Tornado build
Sybaris
Transforms from a classic single-target rifle into an AoE powerhouse with built-in Blast procs, excelling in Toxic Lash builds
Strun
Shoots a "goblet of fire" with high DPS but lacks ricochets. A status duplication glitch currently boosts its performance, but it remains A-tier even after fixes
A Tier
Atomos
Lacks single-target DPS but is a solid upgrade for a beloved low-Mastery secondary
Boar
Powerful on its own, but no beam Incarnon can compete with Torid
Braton
Similar to Burston Incarnon, with lower fire rate but higher damage per shot
Dread
Like Nataruk on steroids, featuring high crit chance and a wide-radius projectile
Dera
Overlooked but decent sustained DPS with a high-status Riven; gains extra base crit chance via High Ground talent
Furis
Limited flamethrower range makes it subpar for mob farming but remains a meta damage source in level cap Disruption runs
Innodem
Best dagger Incarnon, capable of 100 KPM with aim-glide attacks
Nami Solo
Appears weaker than Hate but has 1.0 Follow Through in full melee mode, making it better at clearing groups
Paris
Competes with Dread and boasts the highest status chance of all bows
Phenmor
The original high-DPS bullet hose, still relevant despite competition from Burston, Braton, and Boltor Incarnons
Sicarus
Once the strongest weapon due to a bug, now nerfed but remains a solid pick
Onos
Strong for an early-game weapon but not ideal for mobile playstyles; unique mechanics make it divisive
Okina
Versatile melee Incarnon with good stats but hindered by melee limitations; Cold procs provide utility
Vasto
Best quick-shot revolver for single-target DPS, great for hunting Acolytes, Liches, Sisters, and Archons
Zylok
Functions like Lex Incarnon with high AoE damage but is overshadowed due to Lex’s superior output and Riven disposition
B Tier
Ack & Brunt
Decent crit-status hybrid melee, but its weak spectral axe-throwing gimmick limits its potential
Anku
Outclassed by Hate unless you have a god-roll Riven
Cestra
Good handling and damage but nothing exceptional; might improve with shield-break Crit talent
Despair
Strong throwing star but requires headshots for meaningful damage
Hate
Powerful but relies on a slow heavy-attack build, making it hover between A and B tier
Felarx
Once a top shotgun for hunting Archons/Liches, but now has competition from newer weapons
Furax
Impact-to-Slash conversion isn’t great, but Furax Wraith is the best starter weapon with this upgrade
Gorgon
Good damage, but the delayed explosion gimmick feels clunky
Lato
A weaker version of Dual Toxocyst Incarnon, though Lato Prime offers better usability
Praedos
Disappointingly underwhelming for something locked behind Zariman Faction standing
Ruvox
Works well with Lavos (B+ tier), but without him, Furax Wraith is the better Incarnon fist weapon
Skana
Inferior to Hate, which does forced Slash procs on heavy attacks more effectively
Soma
Cannot recapture its former glory, even at its best
C Tier
Angstrum
Fun to use, but lacks the damage needed for Steel Path, even on the Prisma variant
Bo
Impact-to-Slash proc conversion applies to only one instance of Impact per strike
Kunai
Weak single-target weapon, outclassed by all other single-target Incarnons
Sibear
Expensive Cryotic sink with little payoff, even after Cold buffs in Jade Shadows
