Astra: Knights of Veda Tier List (Updated March 2025)

Eliyar is a Blood-type ranged DPS character in "ASTRA: Knights of Veda." She excels at inflicting Bleed and Wound effects on enemies, both of which scale with her Attack (ATK) stat.
